We are looking for enthusiastic and talented individuals who strive to achieve quality results in a scheduled environment in order to achieve positive outcomes for veterans and their families. In this role you will be responsible for delivering high quality customer service results through determining eligibility and entitlements, processing subsidy certificates and payments, and monitoring member’s ongoing entitlements. Training for this role will be provided upon commencement of employment.

**Duties**:

- Calculate subsidy entitlement accurately for payments to clients;
- Handle and respond to telephone and written queries in a scheduled environment, including interpreting process and translate the meaning to client within KPI timeframes;
- As required process notifications of Change of Circumstances to ensure accurate subsidy payments to clients;
- Administrative duties including mail and record management, and other ad hoc tasks as directed;
- Participate in team meetings and one on one discussions;
- Participate in the Quality Control framework, including a demonstrated ability to accept and act on feedback; and
- Other ad hoc tasks as directed.

**Notes**:
A merit pool will be established that may be used to fill similar positions within the next 18 months.
