Project Disputes Associate Lawyer

Construction Lawyer opportunity with Law Staff in Brisbane City, Queensland, Australia. Join a highly respected Australian law firm renowned for its collaborative culture and strong reputation. You will be part of the Construction Team, working closely with Partners to deliver strategic legal advice on high‑profile matters.
Responsibilities- Managing large-scale project disputes and high-value litigation
- Working on arbitrations, expert determinations, and Security of Payment claims (including adjudications)
- Advising on contract risk management for major projects
- Handling the day-to-day conduct of matters for public and private sector clients, including project owners, contractors, and engineering firms
- Contributing to a welcoming, collaborative team environment designed for productivity and growth
- Construction Lawyer with 3+ years' PAE
- Ideally from a specialist, top-tier, or respected mid-tier firm with a proven track record in construction or project matters
