We have multiple casual positions available including
- Duty Supervisors
- Customer Service/Café

Reporting to the Customer Experience & Administration Coordinator, successful individuals will work together to promote and deliver the high standards of service and customer experience expected at the Darebin Stadiums, which include:

- Be the first point of connection to the community at the facilities.
- Supporting the day to day operations such as promotion of sports programs, competitions, activities and events carried out at the centres,
- Attending to any enquiries received
- Providing information to the community via communication systems
- Use of point of sale systems and the processing of transactions
- General administrative duties
- Working within our café to promote and deliver the high standards of service expected at the Darebin Stadiums food and hospitality offerings

**About you**

You will have:

- Previous Customer Service experience is desirable
- Barista experience desirable (for café roles)
- A vibrant and energetic personal energy
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven ability to work and perform in a high paced, active environment
- Relevant qualifications including First aid
- Working with children check
- Current National Police check,
