**THE ROLE**

**Therapeutic Worker - Therapeutic Care Program - Multiple casual positions available**

Hurstbridge Farm Therapeutic Care Program is an innovative initiative designed to provide a specialised treatment approach in Victoria.

The program provides an intensive experience for young people who are experiencing the aftermath of abuse and neglect. The practice model uses the frameworks and techniques of Trauma and Attachment Theories.

The key role of therapeutic care staff is to provide daily care and implement the therapeutic treatment strategies via everyday interactions.

**Are you**:
Interested in working with adolescents with challenging behaviours, and working with the team in helping them to develop and grow?

Able to demonstrate an understanding of the theories relating to trauma and attachment as aftermath of abuse and neglect?

Felxible and highly motivated?

**_ Please note: Shifts are predominantly after hours 5pm-1am; 5pm-8am (sleepover shift); daytime shifts also available._**
