**The Role**

**As the Site Administrator, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administration support for the Reedy Creek or Spring Gully offices, Field & Facility teams (up to 100 rotating personnel). The Site Administrator acts as a central contact point to ensure that all administrative tasks for Asset West are handled with integrity and confidentiality and to the highest standard.**

**Starting location on site at Reedy Creek, you will work a 14 day on, 14 day off roster.**

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Provide a welcoming, friendly & professional first point of contact for all site visitors, contractors & Origin personnel.
- Site induction management, including validation of personnel/visitor induction requirements for site, personnel/contractor profile management, access card processes & site access management.
- Maintenance of site roster - recording all planning, scheduling & travel requirements to ensure visibility & flow of work for site managers & personnel. This includes travel bookings/amendments (flights, accommodation, car hire etc), training, leave & ad hoc team movements.
- Assist with management of site office, and reception to ensure the smooth running of the site office and help to improve day to day operations
- Assist with providing logístical support, scheduling and management of procurement activities, site vehicles, stock inventories & more.
- Technology SME support for site personnel, including set up of complex Team/Audio meetings for all levels of Origin management, roll out of IT projects including the Origin Digital Toolkit
- Assist with management of SAP Requestions and Purchase Orders for Field and Facility teams, and expense management for Field and Facility Managers
- Emergency Response Log Keeper role
- Training coordination, calendar management & room set up, materials and logistics for internal training courses for all site personnel
- Document management, preparation of site reports, registers, and meeting minutes
- Event planning, including community stakeholders, landholders and local government events and internal Origin Director, ELT and IGLT visits to site

**We’re seeking a proactive individual who has strong experience as an Administrator. You’ll need to be a motivated team player who is proficient at planning, coordinating, prioritising workloads whilst maintaining a positive friendly attitude under pressure. Evidence of a proactive approach to work and a “can do” attitude towards tasks supporting**

**Your skills and experience will include**:

- Demonstrated systems and process capability
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment to ensure deadlines are met
- Demonstrated high levels of accuracy
- Professionalism and confidentiality
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated skill and flexibility in prioritising and handling tight deadlines and constantly changing priorities whilst managing highest standards
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products including, O365, Word, Power-point, Excel, Sharepoint & teams
- Proactive approach in monitoring workflow, identifying issues and seeking appropriate assistance/training to reach a level of competency
- Proven ability to deliver quality service, evidenced by prompt and courteous resolution of enquiries
- Desirable SAP system experience
