**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies and initiatives in alignment with the organization's goals and values.
- Conduct thorough assessments and audits to identify opportunities for improving sustainability performance across various operations and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, carbon footprint reduction, and renewable energy adoption.
- Monitor and analyze sustainability trends, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of sustainability leadership.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate the organization's sustainability efforts and achievements.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on sustainability practices, ensuring awareness and participation throughout the organization.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and recommendations to senior management, influencing decision-making processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sustainability consulting or management, preferably within the energy sector or a related industry.
- Deep knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO 14001, LEED, BREEAM, GRI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct data-driven assessments and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Project management experience, including the ability to lead and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- A demonstrated commitment to environmental and social responsibility.
