**About the Role**:

- Formulating and designing change management plans, enabling change readiness, managing stakeholder engagement plans, identifying, and resolving barriers to adoption, and developing and executing change communications.
- Coaching managers to understand how to manage and implement change, build staff and stakeholder resilience and drive staff adoption.
- Reporting directly to the Program Manager, this role will develop and implement change management and engagement activities, including change impact assessments and organizational change consultancy services, to improve organizational effectiveness.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Program Manager with strategic change management and engagement associated deliverables.
- Implementing a range of change management and engagement activities.
- Identifying and actively managing emerging opportunities, issues, and risks.
- Working collaboratively with and providing advice to stakeholders within the Region/Department/Command to facilitate controlled implementation of activities, including continuous improvement and training and transition solutions.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- At least five years’ experience in Senior Change Management/Communication roles working on technology driven (change) initiatives.
- Tertiary qualification in a related or relevant field.
