**About the role**
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and dynamic HR Consultant to join our team. As a HR Consultant, you will provide contemporary and tailored HR advice and support to a diverse and passionate division.

You will work closely with the HR Business Partner and Senior HR Consultants in partnering with senior managers and managers on a broad range of people related matters including recruitment and selection, classification management, employee relations, HR governance and compliance, performance management, workforce management and organisational design/redesign.

**Contract**:
There are two positions available.
One ongoing position and one long term contract position (12 months).

**Essential Qualifications**:
A relevant tertiary qualfication in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, Employee Relations or a related field is highly desirable.

**Special Conditions**:

- May be required to participate in fire management or associated duties.
- May be required to undertake intra or interstate travel and work outside of the normal hours of work.

**Remuneration**:
ASO4 - $76,561 min - $80,256 max p.a., pro rata for part time hours.
