We have opportunities for experienced hospitality professionals to step into the role of Bar Supervisor with progression to Bar Manager at El Camino Cantina.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in a bar management role within a casual dining environment is a MUST
- A Front of House expert who can deliver exceptional service and take our guests through a casual and fun culinary journey
- Knowledge and passion for learning current food and beverage trends
- A love of all things hospitality

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Valid RSA license required
- Oversee venue operation, including the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members in line with brand values
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences through personally demonstrating positive interactions and coaching the team to do the same
- Having a proactive, and solution-focused approach to improving guest satisfaction
- Upholding high operational standards across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand standards and service culture
