Barista

We're on the hunt for a full-time Barista to join us at **Big Loaf Factory Bakery Shop**
- Open 6am - 2.00pm, 7 Days per week. Full-time position with availability on at least one weekend day is essential;
- Join an emerging food business that is growing in recognition, currently with 4 locations across Perth (**North Street Store**, **Big Loaf Factory Bakery**, **Little Loaf**, and top 100 WA Good Food Guide Restaurant **Peoples Cafeteria**)

Our Big Loaf Shop is the heart of our food business, offering artisan bread and other bakery goods produced directly from our onsite Big Loaf Factory bakery, along with a range of pre-made sandwiches, roles and meals. The food we produce is simple, wholesome and delicious, made exclusively from local ingredients. We're on a mission to shape a world where people eat better.

We are seeking an experienced full-time Barista to serve exceptional coffee to our customers. Join a fantastic team that work together, have fun and are passionate about good food and coffee. **What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience as a Barista, ideally in the specialty coffee market
- Great at customer service and work well in a team environment
- Knowledge around the different types of coffee products so that you can consult with your customer to deliver on their wants and needs
- You believe in delivering the best customer experience and creating great relationships
- You are driven to lead from the front on the path of continuous improvement and champion the company culture

**What will you be doing?**
- Slinging quality coffees with fresh beans from Karvan
- Equipment calibration and monitoring of volumetrics throughout each shift (grind, pour etc)
- Clean, maintain and generally look after all coffee equipment
- Train, mentor and manage our team of baristas
