We are seeking a casual Experienced Barista to join our team at Big Loaf Factory Bakery Shop in O'Connor

As a member of the barista team, you will be responsible for brewing and serving delicious coffee creations while delivering outstanding front-of-house service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing prompt and efficient service.
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into our POS system.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Barista (minimum 1 year).
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring correct orders and efficient service.
- **Friday and Weekend availability a must**
- A friendly and approachable personality, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Food safety and hygiene certification is highly desirable.
