Experienced Barista

**Big Loaf Factory Bakery Shop is on the hunt for a casual Barista to join us**
- We are open 6am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm Saturday and Sunday.
- **Casual position with availability on Friday, Saturday and Sunday essential**

Our Big Loaf Shop is the heart of our food business, offering artisan bread and other bakery goods produced directly from our onsite Big Loaf Factory bakery, along with a range of pre-made sandwiches, roles and meals. The food we produce is simple, wholesome and delicious, made exclusively from local ingredients. We're on a mission to shape a world where people eat better.

We are seeking an experienced casual Barista to serve exceptional coffee to our customers. Join a fantastic team that work together, have fun and are passionate about good food and coffee. **Who are you?**
- Proven experience as a Barista, ideally in the specialty coffee market
- Great at customer service and work well in a team environment
- Knowledge around the different types of coffee products so that you can consult with your customer to deliver on their wants and needs
- You believe in delivering the best customer experience and creating great relationships
- You are driven to lead from the front on the path of continuous improvement and champion the company culture

**What will you be doing?**
- Slinging quality coffees with fresh beans from Karvan
- Equipment calibration and monitoring of volumetrics throughout each shift (grind, pour etc)
- Clean, maintain and generally look after all coffee equipment
- Train, mentor and manage our team of baristas
