**About the Role**

The Finance Officer is responsible for managing the accounts payable/ accounts receivable process and client relationship support through both, interacting directly with clients and working closely with the Internal Finance team members to ensure exceptional client service is delivered.

**Responsibilities**
- Working with Internal Finance Team to manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable process
- Preparation of weekly cashflows
- Debtor management and collection
- Management of group Trust account
- Management of client direct debits
- Maintenance of group banking profile
- Payroll administration to provide back up to our payroll co-ordinator
- Co-ordinate workflow, resource allocation and review team members work
- Communicate professionally and promptly with clients
- Ad hoc duties as required

Some of the skills, experience and attributes that you would bring to the role are:

- Prior experience as a Bookkeeper or Finance officer
- Prior experience working on AP / AR / Payroll
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Team player, with a positive attitude and good work ethic
- Ability to competently use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong numeric skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of people
- Initiative & drive
