- Identify new sales leads and business opportunities through various sources such as cold
- and warm-calling, networking, referrals, and industry events
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and new clients to drive repeat business and grow revenue
- Work with current and new clients to understand their current advertising needs and develop effective advertising campaigns and present proposals
- Negotiate advertising rates and term with clients
- Attend relevant events to network and build relationship with potential leads.

Requirement:

- Proven track record of sales success in advertising or related industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, written and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate fluently in Chinese and English
- Strong problem-solving and analytic skills
- Willingness to travel and attend relevant events as needed
