Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Are you passionate about fitness, customer service, and growing a community? Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school is looking for a dynamic Gym Manager to join our team and help take our academy to the next level

The Role

As our Gym Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our academy’s success. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure an exceptional member experience, and contribute to the growth of our school through innovative sales and marketing strategies.

What You’ll Do
- Sales and Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain members, including promoting memberships, membership consultation, programs, and events.
- Customer Service: Foster a welcoming and supportive environment by addressing member needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Social Media Management: Create, manage, and optimize content for social media platforms to increase engagement and attract new members.
- Team Leadership: Work closely with instructors and staff to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive culture.
- Operations Management: Handle scheduling, memberships, and basic administrative duties.

What We’re Looking For
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to drive membership growth.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
- Experience in social media advertising and management (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Knowledge of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or martial arts is a bonus but not essential.
- Highly organized, with strong communication and leadership skills.

How to Apply

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Annual bonus
- Commission
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rouse Hill, NSW 2155: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Gym manager: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
