**Job Description**:
We’re looking for a **Head of People **to take Reejig to series B and beyond as we grow our customer base across North America, APAC and the UK. We are looking for a strategic and humble People leader who will work with the CEO in setting and implementing the People strategy.
You will have worked within a scaling business before and be able to operate at a strategic and operational level. You will have a #getshitdone mindset, be able to build trusting relationships fast and have a desire to make a true impact in a market leading business.
Your part of zero wasted potential includes
- Lead the People team including Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with the CEO in developing the People strategy
- Act as a Business Partner to the leadership team across People strategy and operations
- Role model operational excellence by defining and implementing success metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of the people strategy, processes and initiatives
- Drive positive employee impact through high performing leadership, by developing strong and consistent leadership capabilities and behaviors
- Build an inclusive and career-enhancing employee experience for all those that interact with Reejig
- Drive a performance culture of accountability and ownership
- Design performance management and compensation processes that enable results and growth while reflecting the inclusive, pragmatic and transparent culture of Reejig
- Build, motivate and direct a high-performing People org and guide them to exceed targets as both individual performers and as a team
**Qualifications**:
What you will need...
- Strong understanding and experience working in a senior People role growing companies in the scale up phase, ideally in the tech space
- Broad experience across a number of People functions
- An ability to know what needs to be done and get it done, while keeping the CEO abreast of issues as they arise
- Phenomenal leadership skills, and a passion for identifying, developing, and motivating high potential people
- High organizational skills with the ability to manage several priorities in parallel without losing sight of the big picture
- To be a team player with a collaborative personal style
- To be adaptable to changing market conditions and business requirements
- Experience in building and driving impactful Diversity and sense of belonging... which truly moves the needle on an inclusive culture where we're always listening and learning
- Experience in designing and delivering strategic culture, employee experience and employee engagement programs
- Experience working in an environment with a diverse workforce, including permanent office workers, international/domestic distributed workforce, and labour hire employees
