About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join the Campbelltown team on a casual basis.

As Sales Support Officer, you will provide exceptional customer service and logistics support to the Branch team and assisting in customers across a broad range of needs from home garden and pet care to large scale farm, horticulture and agricultural interests. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Officer Rural you will:
- Support rural products sales (in store), for retail, wholesale and commercial customers- Performgeneral shed and yard duties- Provide advice and support to customers- Assist in the safe storage of rural products- Handle, receive and dispatch of stock- Perform rural products logistics and support- Provide administrative support for the processing of sales

About you

To succeed at Elders you have:
- Previous experience in a similar position with a passion for delivering high-quality customer service- Desirably a demonstrated understanding of or interest in animal care, landscaping, horticulture and / or agriculture products and seasonality fluctuations, the region and our competitors- Strong written and verbal communication skills and basic computer literacy- Ability to prioritise tasks, work autonomously and time management skills- Have a driver’s license.- A Forklift licence is preferred but not essential.- Experience working with dangerous goods would be an advantage but not necessary.
