We specialise in delivering high-quality engineering components in metal, rubber and plastic to clients across a range of industries, including recycling, food processing, pharmaceutical, garbage spare parts and manufacturing. With a strong engineering backbone and a commitment to innovation, we help our clients solve complex technical challenges with reliable and scalable solutions.

We are looking for an External Sales Support team member to join our commercial team and play a key role in supporting our growing sales function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the external sales team with quotations, and proposals
  • Liaise with customers on order status, technical queries, and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate internally with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure client requirements are met
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales leads and opportunities
  • Prepare documentation and presentations for client meetings, site visits, or trade events
  • Support sales reporting and performance tracking activities
  • Assist with market research and identification of potential new clients or sectors

Your Background & Skills

  • Experience in a sales support, and customer service (ideally in engineering/manufacturing)
  • Understanding of engineering drawings, technical products, or manufacturing terminology is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM or ERP system experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage time and priorities independently
