**Supervision, Quality Assurance & Cleaning**

Full Time Position

M-F 7.6hrs per day with suggested shifts commencing 13:30hrs

Working Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring standards are met:

- Conducting routine inspections (daily, weekly, monthly) across all areas.
- Coaching staff and providing immediate feedback.
- Managing corrective actions and tracking closure through our digital platform
- Liaising directly with client to remain responsive to changing needs.
- Leading the evening cleaning team of approx. 8-9 people

Anticipated the supervisory role is 50% of your time, with the remaining 50% allocated to various cleaning scopes on the evening shift.

**Continuous Improvement**

Cloverdale’s quality monitoring process is not just about compliance—it drives improvement. Inspection results are reviewed by both the Site Supervisor and Client Manager before being shared with the client, ensuring accuracy and accountability. Insights are fed back into toolbox talks, refresher training, and workflow adjustments, closing the loop between audit findings and on-the-ground performance.

**To fulfil the role, you will require**:

- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
- Good communication skills and ability to work to a roster
- Previous cleaning/maintenance or housekeeping experience preferred
- **Current Police Check (within 12 months - No Disclosable Outcomes)**:

- Working rights in Australia
- Flexible with working hours, most commercial cleaning is before or after business hours.

Pay: $35.50 - $39.90 per hour
