We are on a lookout for Construction Supervisors in the Geelong region to join a growing residential builder.

Reporting directly to the GM of Construction, this role is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the construction process of all dwellings and projects.

About the role:
Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth management of residential construction projects and providing our customers with the best possible experience throughout the building process.

Your KPI's will be centred around:

- Build times
- Budgets
- Quality control
- Customer service
- OH&S

You will have:

- Previous experience as a Construction Supervisor
- Ability to demonstrate an outstanding customer service approach, along with strong people and project management skills
- Strong people management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to accurately interpret plans and specifications
- Highly motivated, resilient, and outcome-focused individual
- Strong focus on quality along with process improvement and problem-solving

**Salary**: $108,595.00 - $113,346.00 per year
