**About the Businesses**

You will be supporting two growing businesses in Clayton, lead by the one business leader. We have Inject and Beyond HR, which both are focused on partnering with small to medium organisations to help build engaging and high performing teams. Inject is a Recruitment Process Outsourcing business, whose focus is on hiring the right people and Beyond HR provides the right infrastructure to enable those people to succeed.

Both teams share the same values of pursuing growth and learning, using emotional intelligence and empathy every day and being transparent about how we communicate with each other and our clients. This has resulted in a like-minded group and an engaging, positive environment where there is a deep respect between everyone that works here and exciting projects and things happening all the time.

**About You**
- You likely have a background as an EA, PA, Office Manager and/or Administrative Assistant - or similar experience of making things happen, and happen fast.
- You love being the glue of a group that keeps everyone running and cared for. You have an uncanny ability to anticipate what people may ask before the words are out of their mouth.
- Backing this up is the way you live and breathe your calendar. You have reminders for everything and have mastered the art of following up.

**About the Role**

You’ll add incredible value through:

- Liaise with external suppliers when matters come up e.g. internet and mobile phone providers, cleaners, property manager and contractors
- Oversee the smooth running of the office environment
- Learn basic system and software processes to help with administrative tasks across the businesses, including completing desktop research on new innovations and products that could support the businesses
- Proofread confidential documents, make edits and implement feedback from first drafts on communication
- Coordinating meetings on behalf of the MD, including reviewing the timelines of commitments made and scheduling time in calendars well in advance
- Organise client gifts, as well as organising gifts and certificates for staff milestones, birthdays and anniversaries
- Complete other ad-hoc and regular tasks to complete of a similar administrative nature

- Drivers’ licence
