THE COMPANY:

- Has been established for 15 years internationally as a renowned specialist in the renewables sector.
- Manufacturing plant in China
- There is a need for a **普通话高级技术支持人员 Mandarin Speaking Expert **to join them on a full time permanent basis at their South Eastern premises.

THE ROLE:

- Reporting to the Product Manager you will be responsible for assisting the BDM, Sales Manager with Technical Support issues.
- Carry out all pre-sale customer communication, on-site demonstrations, product commissioning and technical training.
- Visit clients offices or premises to carry out minor faults and repairs.
- Identify any issues that may occur to the battery and invertor products.
- Offer expert advice to customers to solve the issue.
- Participate in product design.
- Travel expenses (Km) paid.
- Attend trade shows & expos as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ideally a degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or Science.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with Residential Battery Energy Storage devices.
- English and Mandarin reading, writing and speaking.
- A good understanding of Invertor technology and associated product portfolios.
