Opportunity to work for a leading Oil and Gas company based out of a Brisbane workshop

**Your new company**
Our client is a global leader within the Oil & Gas industry with several operations across the globe, providing services including wellhead design and manufacturing. Based within their Queensland business they have an immediate requirement for an Assembly Technician to carry out maintenance activities of operational Oil & Gas assets within their Brisbane workshop. These positions have become available due to the increasing demand of the Oil & Gas industry.

**Your new role**
- Liaise with engineers, workshop, accounts and other departments in relation to job management;
- Scheduling jobs;
- Assist in management of inventory;
- Preparation and close out of Work Orders;
- Booking and coordination of freight activities;
- Invoicing of completed Sales Orders;
- Actively participate in stock take / cycle counts;
- Work effectively as a part of a team

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working within a Manufacturing business highly desirable
- Completed and passing grade of year 12, or three months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Compliance and HSE focused
- ERP system experience desirable
- Leadership experience desirable
