**Key responsibilities**:

- Evolve and execute our fund research strategy aimed at supporting advisers and their clients
- Drive commercial performance and operational efficiency
- Support and lead a strong team of professional research analysts
- Proactively engage across our business and your industry networks for idea generation and new commercial opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record and applied knowledge in funds management and superannuation fund research
- Experience in strategic planning, execution, and commercial ownership
- Effective team leadership and engagement skills
- Established personal networks within our target markets
