**The Company**

This highly recognisable dairy organisation are home to some of the most trusted and loved brands. As a result of an internal move, a Head of Research and Development position has become available. This role will lead the product commercialisation process for the business.

**The Role**

Leading a large team and reporting into the GM Marketing and Innovation, this key duties will include but not be limited to the following:

- Ensuring the Product Development Managers are effectively leading the technical aspects of product development.
- Participating in the development of the Corporate Strategy.
- Lead R&D to improve delivery of NPD projects.
- Ensure the team engages the broader operational management team to support NPD and business goals.

**Your Background**
- Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Food Technology or related industry.
- Signficant experience in and R&D/Product Development leadership role within FMCG, ideally dairy.
- Strong project management skills.
- The Ability to travel to different operational sites.
