An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Ethical Sourcing & Sustainability Manager to join a dynamic team at Brandbank.

This role will be responsible for the implementation of Sourcing & Sustainability Strategies and day to day management of vendors on behalf of the Brandbank Group.

**THE ROLE**:

- Formulate and support the implementation of Brandbank’s Sourcing Strategy
- Develop and document learning resources for the business on a wide range of topics across both Sourcing and Sustainability
- Identification of cross sourcing opportunities and management of this process to support the Sourcing Strategy
- Monitor annual capacity uptakes with key Suppliers and assess risk
- Assess and approve the onboarding of new suppliers to the business, including negotiating terms of trade and payment terms
- Management of product failures with relevant teams and resolution of claim with Agent/Vendor
- Travel as required to visit current and new Suppliers to support the business

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent
- 5-8 years in an apparel, accessory or hardgoods sourcing role
- Experience in management of vendors and off-shore supply base
- Price negotiation and costing experience
- Product construction/development and specification knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise with strong time management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
