This Non-for-Profit organisation is one of the leading building and construction industry association across New South Wales. It is chartered with representing and furthering the interests of the building and construction industry. This organisation provides representation and services to members and the industry in areas such as industrial relations, workplace health and safety, legal and contracts, training, and government regulation/legislation.

Your new role
- First point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors.
- Operate telephone switchboard, screen, and forward calls, providing information, and taking messages.
- Client liaison.
- Collect, sort, distribute and prepare incoming and outgoing mail daily including courier companies.
- Maintain adequate supplies of stationery, and other office supplies.
- Process sales taken for merchandise sold at the front desk.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- General administrative duties as required.

- Prior experience in similar role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to multitask and be flexible
- The ability to work independently
