**Your New Company**

Join a dynamic team on an initial 6 month contract at an industry-leading company specializing in Insurance and financial services. We're looking for a skilled Test Manager to lead the testing effort for a Digital Transformation Program.

**Key Responsibilities**:
This role is responsible for leading all testing activities for the Digital Transformation Program, which includes identifying test scope, developing and executing test strategies and plans for Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) including UAT, PVT and Regression testing across multiple streams of work.

The role provides quality & test advocacy, and support & coaching to Test Leads, Test Analysts and Business Testers. It also works closely with the Program Test Manager to manage resources, prioritisation and resolve issues that impede the testing effort.

**Requirements**:

- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level Certification (CTFL)
- ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Test Automation (ICP-ATA)
- Minimum 5 years Insurance Industry experience
- Minimum 5 years of previous Test Management experience in large scale project setting
