TTCTD is looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic person to join their team, working alongside a male NDIS participant with multiple diagnosis.

A great understanding of person centred care and professional boundaries is a must.

Your role will involve the following tasks:

- _Using gentle motivational techniques to help support the participant to keep on task and build capacity within their home and community._
- _Assisting the person to live their best life._
- _Assisting the person with daily medication and hygiene._
- _Supporting the person to appointments and on social outings._
- _Supporting the person with daily living tasks, including building capacity to assist with household duties, shopping etc._
- _Transporting the person in your own personal vehicle._
- _Using online systems on your personal device to keep thorough data on the support provided to the person._

This role is a 1:1 role, working in a family environment, with the support of a remote Project and Service Manager.

What essential requirements are needed for a person in this role?:

- Certificate in Disability support work or equivalent
- Experience in the disability sector
- Medication Administration certificate
- First Aid training
- NDIS online mandatory training
- Valid License and car insurance
- Valid Paid WWCC
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Reliable car
- Be available for an immediate start following our Interview process, Including buddy shifts and approval from the family

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $34.23 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week

**Benefits**:
