As a Disabilty Support Worker, your primary responsibility is to provide compassionate care and support individuals, promoting their wellbeing and independence. Your role involves working closely to clients to understand their unique needs, preferences and goals, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience in disability support or related field
- Compassion, patience and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of individuals

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications and qualifications

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Hunter Valley, NSW (required)
