Are you are passionate and experienced leader in Early Childhood Education,ready to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated Centre Manager to lead our team, inspire excellence and ensure the highest quality care and education for children and families.

About You

We are looking for an experienced leader who is

  • Diploma or Bachelor qualified in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent ACEQUA approved)
  • Experienced in a management/leadership role within the early childhood sector
  • Confident with regulatory compliance,assessment and rating processes and quality improvement
  • Skilled in building strong teams and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills

As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the centre this includes;

  • Leading and inspiring a team of educators to provide high-quality care and education.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements(NQF,
  • EYLF etc).
  • Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, staff, and the community.
  • Overseeing enrolments, occupancy and centre performance
  • Managing budgets, rosters and day to day operations.

Pay: $57,616.61 – $127,088.63 per year
