Our client is one of Australia’s premium fine wine producers and their

range of eloquent wines are recognised for their balanced and elegant drop, leading to many gold winner awards at major wine shows.

With leading growth and both national and International recognition, an opportunity for a Marketing & DTC Executive has been created. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing the Direct to Consumer (DTC) business by managing the Wine Club and developing the DTC channel to its full potential based on strategic business goals. Having the ability to perfect the hospitality and customer service experience through various events and marketing initiatives is also a requirement for this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Management of the Wine Club and and implementation of the DTC sales plan as per the agreed sales strategic plans and make recommendations to drive membership
- Providing marketing support including social media management, copywriting, website updates and event management
- Perfecting the customers wine experience and forming strong long term relationships leading to repeat business
- Plan, coordinate and host special events to support Wine Club events
- Develop content for EDM’s, website, Cellar Door and other promotional materials to enhanced the Cellar Door experience
- Manage our Wine e-commerce platform to identify customers and drive campaigns to build consumer loyalty and drive sales

**Key Attributes**:

- Marketing and/or Direct to Consumer experience with an understanding of social media platforms
- Experience working in alcoholic beverages
- Outstanding skills in communication and customer engagement
- Flexible, engaging and approachable
- Efficient, positive, driven with exceptional relationship building skills
- Passion for wine
- Tertiary qualifications
- RSA Certificate

This role will require you to be based 3 days a week with the team in the Yarra Valley with increased flexibility once you are settled into the role.
