Secondment Period
The secondment period will span for 6-months and may be extended depending on business requirements.
The Essentials

**To be considered for this role you will need to possess**:

- Ability to lead and manage staff and work flow processes.
- Proven ability to motivate staff, successfully manage their performance and provide appropriate feedback
- Proven ability to monitor, coach and develop a team to achieve set targets
- Strong knowledge of the performance management process
- Excellent time management skills
- Proven internal and external customer focus
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of customers, clients, and staff in a professional manner
