**Job Description**:

What you will be doing:

- Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
- Supervise and delegate duties to ensure smooth daily operations in our outlets
- Ensure hotel and brand standards are maintained
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal

**Qualifications**:
Your experience and skills include:

- Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills and the ability to lead by example
- Espresso coffee making and bar tending experience will be highly regarded
- Confidence to lead your team of food and beverage attendants independently
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, or willing to obtain
