Become part of The Mr Group team who have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. We are currently seeking a sales driven client care team member to join us on a Full Time basis. We are committed to providing a flexible work schedule which does require some flexibility in return. Our hours range from 8AM to 6PM Mon
- Fri including one Saturday per month.

Applicants who prove their ability to work autonomously by taking initiative and using self-discipline will be offered hybrid employment opportunities allowing applicants to have a balance of working from home and in the office.

Our fast-paced day-to-day operation will challenge you to multitask. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating customer appointments, following up on existing quotes/leads, managing technician's daily routes and workload, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers. As part of our team, we pride ourselves on offering comprehensive training leading to career growth. No cold calling involved

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 2 years (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

- Australia (required)
