**About the Role**

We are **always** looking for passionate and motivated food and customer service champions to join our and currently have an opportunity available.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Delivering high quality service to all customers, following our service steps including upselling
- Maintaining site standards - including cleanliness, merchandising and promotion
- Ensuring our cabinets are always full of fresh quality products, baking throughout the day
- Fulfilling online orders whilst looking after customers in the shop
- Following all safety requirements inside and on the forecourt, with due diligence
- Undertaking scheduled training as required to remain up to date on the latest learning
- Following all United and Pie Face operating procedures and standards
- Contribute to achieving the goals and targets of the site
- Supporting the Store manager in resolving any audit issues
- Monitoring sales and stock levels across the shop and Pie Face

If you have a drive for excellent customer-service, are a team player, positive and energetic and love to have fun, we want to hear from you.

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous customer-service experience, preferably in retail
- Background working in the food/hospitality industry, fast food experience an added plus
- Positive energy and great attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work weekends and nights

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.31 - $41.15 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Retail customer service: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
