**About Our Client**
Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation located in Sydney CBD and coordinate a key project. Our client is looking for a motivated program officer to respond to enquiries, whilst supporting project objectives as a point of contact for various working groups.

**Your New Role**
As Program Officer, you will have the opportunity to:

- Use strong communication, organisation, and analytical skills to plan and achieve project goals.
- Provide advice to senior management, collect and analyse data, as well as prepare and submit relevant documentation.
- Proactively and professionally respond to stakeholder enquiries, relay client feedback, and build good relationships.
- Support project objectives by contributing to process improvement and managing project deadlines.

**What will help you succeed**
To be successful in this position you should:

- Attention to detail, with great verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and logical approach, being capable of considering multiple solutions to issues
- Work collaboratively with team members and have a view to sharing knowledge
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and multitask
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams and Outlook
