As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, implement essential programs, and contribute to the overall success of this vital endeavor.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**As a Program Officer, you will**:
Implement and manage programs administered by the agency, ensuring their effective delivery.Engage with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to enhance the agency's services and attend interagency meetings and forums to facilitate information exchange.Provide expert advice, procedural guidance, and administrative support to colleagues, enabling them to excel in their roles.Monitor and report on business outcomes, key performance indicators, and quality assurance measures, supporting the local leadership team in managing performance.Champion innovation and guide staff through process changes, ensuring a smooth transition.Contribute to policy reviews, including the development of new policies and guidelines that alignwith the agency's objectives.Collaborate with various teams to address and resolve program and policy issues, escalating as needed.Prepare a range of written materials, including business cases, reports, executive briefs, and corporate documents.Conduct research and analysis, contributing to the preparation of comprehensive reports on program activities and project milestones.

- Understand and communicate change in a meaningful way to fellow staff.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues both within your immediate area and across the agency.
- Make informed decisions using sound judgement, based on research and analysis.
- Manage your workload effectively, even in the face of competing priorities.
