Burger Urge is seeking a hands-on Assistant Venue Manager to oversee our Windsor store. This means we don’t want a clipboard manager, we are looking for an energetic, hardworking, and motivating manager who embraces and drives change and can positively influence workplace culture.

The Role
- Lead the Windsor team in Taking Burgers Back through quality product and customer service.
- Maintain efficient rostering, ensuring staffing and customer service standards are met to Burger Urges expectations.
- Ensure stock par levels are maintained with high quality product and mínimal wastage.
- Train staff as per Burger Urges training framework.
- Encourage safe work practices and champion Burger Urges policies and procedures.
- Create a positive culture through irreverence and empathetic engagements

What are we seeking?
- 2+ years QSR, bar, venue, or restaurant management experience
- RSA and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Experience managing staff levels and setting rosters
- Someone who actively seeks development opportunities
- Can foster a dynamic, cohesive, inclusive, and supportive culture
- Have an understanding of the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Rotating roster

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Windsor, QLD 4030: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)
