We have 9 locations across Victoria and NSW and we are looking for an awesome Assistant Manager to join our team.

**What you'll be doing**
- Set your team up for success to consistently deliver an awesome dining experience for our customers day in, day out.
- Coach our Fondarians to build, promote and sustain a culture of excellence and engagement
- Consistently demonstrate and drive Fonda's Steps of Service
- Ensure all Fonda's food and beverage products are executed perfectly, every time
- Help the Restaurant Manager with maintaining stock levels, and maintenance needs are logged and completed
- Help the Restaurant Manager with rostering and timesheets are approved on time and accurately
- Having fun

**Requirements**:
It would be great if you've got previous experience in either front or back of house or any customer facing role, preferably in hospitality as this is a Management position.

You're fun, you're approachable, you're enthusiastic, you want to delight people, and people want to engage with you You care about people, you thrive on developing team members and seeing them grow.

We're looking for someone who has an appetite for growth and development, so we can train you to move into a Restaurant Management position if you want to.
