**The Opportunity**

Mamas Dining Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Venue Manager to lead our Windsor Wine Room location. As Venue Manager, you will have a passion for all things wine, with the knowledge to back it up, while being responsible for overseeing all operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily venue operations, ensuring smooth service flow and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team to deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Manage staff scheduling, ensuring optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and manage FOH inventory, including bar and service supplies.
- Uphold and enforce all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Drive a positive and engaging work culture within the FOH team.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive wine knowledge
- 2+ years management experience at similar venues
- Diploma level qualification in a relevant field, or, at least 3 years of work experience in substitute of a qualification
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Sound financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting
- Strong understanding of liquor licensing, food safety, and other relevant regulations
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences

**To Apply**

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
