Role:
We are currently seeking a Casual NDC General Hand, who will be responsible for operating machinery, assisting with assembly tasks, maintaining a clean work environment, ensuring equipment is functioning properly, and supporting other production-related activities as needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Assisting with the assembly, packaging, and handling of products
- Conducting routine maintenance and reporting equipment issues
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Adhering to safety regulations and procedures at all times
- Supporting production teams with various tasks as required
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Good physical stamina, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
