At Entain Australia & New Zealand, the customer is at the centre of what we do. As a Research Consultant you will play a pivitol role providing cutting-edge insight to help drive our business forward with data-driven decision making.

Sitting within the Data and Analytics department, this role will help us to fully understand our customer, product, competitive market position, to inform our future commercial steps.

With our HQ in Brisbane, we also have offices in Darwin, Sydney, Auckland, and Wellington. **Your day-to-day...**
- Develop comprehensive research briefs and recommend suitable methodologies.
- Build and manage end-to-end quant based research surveys using Qualtrics.
- Where required, coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of research programs.
- Support the development and growth of our existing customer research panels.
- Analyse data to derive actionable recommendations for business growth.
- Communicate research findings effectively to drive business outcomes.
- Foster collaboration across teams to maximize the business return on research initiatives.

**What you’ll bring...**
- 2+ years experience in customer and market insights.
- Proven track record in managing diverse research projects.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Ability to perform various data analysis techniques, including tables and cross tabs.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Q or SPSS.
- Proficiency in a research platform like Qualtrics, InMoment, SurveyMonkey, etc.
- Ideally, some exposure to SQL or Snowflake, for data extraction and enrichment
- Strong analytical abilities for extracting insights from complex data.
- Meticulous attention to detail and error identification.
