**What are we looking for?**

We are currently on the search for an in-house consultant to fill a critical role in our Brisbane office, working across a variety of projects within Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific (APAC).

This role is a full-time permanent opportunity working within our Consulting and Activation team. The projects within this team are varied and wide ranging from Wayfinding, Brand Activation and Digital Spaces and will cover activities related to customer experience, strategy and commercial domains. It’s a very rare opportunity to work across such a diverse program of work and for someone to get exposure to a whole range of new and diverse consulting challenges and opportunities.

Specifically, we’re looking for someone who can, and has a passion for:

- Supporting the market leader with coordination and management of both internal and external projects that relate to customer experience, strategy, and commercial outcomes.
- Delivering insights and business advice to sport, entertainment, convention and exhibition centre, aviation, and major event clients.
- Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive proposed solutions and outcomes of client propositions.
- Undertaking market, consumer, and competitor research tasks with the ability to draw out conclusions, highlight content and prepare materials for client and or internal presentations and reports.
- Reviewing and analysis of client data such as financial, performance, point of sale, hospitality, sponsorship and other financial customer data
- Preparation of client proposals and presentations using insights identified and collated in research.
- Developing and maintaining master repository of data under management from both internal and external clients.
- Working to a defined scope and identifying and mapping out schedules, milestones and required effort to complete tasks working with the market leader.

Further to this, the type of people we’re looking for those with:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce or a related field
- Experience in research and data analysis to develop strategy, briefing notes and reports.
- Experience and ability to identify credible sources for research including academic libraries, internet and electronic sources.
- Understanding of the communication planning and the creative development processes
- High level skills in stakeholder engagement, including liaising with clients and other external stakeholder groups.
- High level skill in written, verbal and non-verbal communication for report writing, presentations and discussions with team members.
- High level skills in research, analysis, infographic development, presentations and reports.
- Intermediate skills in project planning, managing others for delivery and consolidating outcomes.
- Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office products and presentation software.
