ICT System Analyst

We are looking for a Systems Analyst with a strong skillset in Systems & Data Integration and Compliance Management.

Location: Sydney - In office
Work Type: Permanent (Full-time) (38 hours per week)
Salary Package: $120,000 to $140,000 Inc. Super (depending on experience)

About the role:
We are looking for an ICT Systems Analyst with a strong skillset in Systems & Data Integration, Compliance Management, and Maintaining IT Systems to join our team. You must be based in Sydney and be able to work from office.

Key requirements:

- Providing expert analysis and solution design within Concert ICT’s Digital Platforms and third-party integrations, including back-office integration to modular ERP system and IT systems maintenance
- Gathering business requirements, writing BRDs, and developing functional specifications
- Strong experience in technical solution design and documentation
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Systems Analyst working on system integration projects
- Relevant degree in IT or at least 5 years’ experience in the absence of a degree
- AWS root directory and IAM administration
- Maintaining and managing Azure Directory and Microsoft Exchange Security
- Web domains and Security certificates Installation experience
- Change Management and Implementation experience will be highly preferred
- Must have good experience in designing and conducting user onboarding and training workshops
- Maintaining IT systems directory
- Must have experience working with Relational Databases and setting up data integrity and compliance framework
- Setting up Data and Systems use policy and compliance documentation
- Will highly prefer Agile experience using tools like Jira and Confluence
- Must have strong communication skills

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ultimo, NSW 2007: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
