Logistics Analyst

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, in this role you’ll be responsible to improve the efficiency of supply chain operations through 3PL management, data collection, analysis, recommendations, and tracking of performance.

Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Working closely with the Supply Chain team and stakeholders to analyse existing processes, improve, standardise, and document the revised processes.
- Meeting marketplace service objectives in terms of DIFOT, on time order receipt, inventory variances and other metrics as required to understand and manage business processes.
- Supporting delivery of network efficiencies, partnering with logistics team, network partners & suppliers to drive project objectives.
- Assists in the normal day to day processes, escalations and provide backup to the Inventory Controller
- Lead onboarding of new business to Supply Chain, including Brand Partners and/or Customers by managing SKU Master Data integrity
- Rework & Repacking Processes: Manage day to day requirements of repacking stock in a timely manner ensuring compliance, logistics and inventory accuracy

Your Skills and experience:

- FMCG experience is desirable.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems in an FMCG organisation (Infor M3 knowledge desirable)
- 5+ years Logistics experience, ideally with a customer (internal or external) facing type role
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Proficient in MS office and MS excel;
