**About the Role**:
We currently have a casual Scheduling Support role based at our Preston site for one day or 2 half days a week. You will be supporting Water Supply Scheduling Coordinator in their day to day tasks, including but not limited to:

- Manage Service Requests and raise Work Orders for delivery partners to deliver works.
- Support maintenance activities to facilitate maintenance delivery.
- Collate schedules on a weekly basis.
- Undertake investigations to support maintenance activities.

**About you**:

- High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to grow and contribute to a collaborative team
- Ability to pass a police check
- Ability to pass pre-employment checks.
