Hader Institute of Education is looking for trainers to deliver and assess the following qualifications:
Certificate IV & Diploma Mental Health

Certificate IV & Diploma Alcohol & Other Drugs

Certificate IV & Diploma Youth Work

Certificate IV & Diploma Community Services

Diploma of Counselling

We have a several opportunities available - Full Time, Part Time & contract roles available.

- Must have vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed i.e., CHC53315 Diploma of Mental Health &
- Hold TAE40116-Certificate in Training and Assessment
- Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that informs your training and assessment
- Knowledge and skill in eLearning and the delivery of training remotely through a virtual platform such as Zoom and the ability to use break out rooms.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of individuals.
- Advanced ability to multitask and prioritise multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent written communication skills including accurate spelling and grammar
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a remote team
- Have you completed a qualification in community services?
- Do you have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment?
- Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?
- Do you have experience working for a registered training organisation (RTO)?
- How many years' experience do you have as a trainer and assessor?

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Training & development: 4 years (preferred)
