A receptionist serves as the first point of contact for a company and is responsible for greeting and directing visitors, answering and routing phone calls, and providing general administrative support. Specific job duties may include:

- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answering and routing phone calls Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Handling mail and deliveries.
- Providing general administrative support, such as photocopying and filing.
- Keeping track of office supplies and ordering more when needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mawson Lakes, SA 5095: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
