**Your new company**

Mining and Construction Top 1 company with multiple mine operations in WA who are highly reputable in the industry and possess strong company values. Their operation consists of a mixture of surface and underground pits, enabling them to offer variety and career development.

**Your new role**

As an Injury Management Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting employee wellbeing, managing injury claims, and facilitating safe and timely return-to-work programs. Your duties will include:

- Manage all aspects of work-related injury claims, ensuring compliance with relevant State or Territory Workers Compensation legislation.
- Attend medical appointments as required for injured workers and assist sites with the coordination of medical reviews for injured workers
- Submit workers' compensation and income protection claims
- Assist with the coal board medical process as required as well as assist with the coal board medical process as required
- Attend claims reviews with insurers on a quarterly basis

**What you'll need to succeed**

As the Injury Management Advisor, you will need the following experience and qualifications to successfully perform the duties.
- Allied Health qualification with 2 years of experience in injury management /worker's compensation
- High organisational skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in Mining and Resources
- Current driving licence
